Helen O’Byrne is a highly experienced Registered Integrative Psychotherapist. For more than a decade, Helen has worked with individuals suffering with anxiety, trauma and PTSD. Born and raised in Ireland, Helen has spent many years studying and working with mythology, folklore and ancient Celtic Wisdom. Her work reflects mainly ancient Irish folklore given this is her heritage. She is passionate on ensuring the ‘right relationship’ is undertaken to those interested in exploring a Celtic path.
