Course Delivery: This one-day program will be delivered in person by Helen O’Byrne.  Helen is a highly experienced Registered Integrative Psychotherapist who has spent over a decade working with individuals suffering from anxiety, trauma.  Born and raised in Ireland, Helen has spent many years studying and working with ancient Celtic myth and the traditions of her native land.
